SteamHelper is a Steam extension for Chrome that brings inventory value, CS2 skin prices, float data and trade offer totals straight into Steam Community pages. Install it once from the Chrome Web Store and the helpers appear where you already browse — no separate dashboard, no Steam password, no extra tabs.
SteamHelper runs only on Steam Community pages. When you open your inventory, a profile, the Steam Market or a trade offer, it adds the context Steam itself does not show: what items are worth outside Steam, how worn a skin is and whether an offer is balanced.
In your inventory, SteamHelper shows a total value, per-item prices and a price sort that reorders every inventory page, so your most valuable items are easy to find. Items already listed on the market get a badge, and trade-protected CS2 items show a countdown until they can be traded again.
On the Steam Community Market, search results and item listing pages show the cheapest price SteamHelper knows from external CS2 marketplaces, right next to Steam's own price. On skin pages, every wear level gets its own comparison line.
Trade offer pages get a value total for what you give and what you receive, plus float values for CS2 skins. Lopsided offers become obvious before you click accept.
Instant Sell lists an item one cent below the current lowest Steam price, Quick Sell lets you type a price without Steam's full sell dialog, and Multi Sell prepares several listings in one review table. Steam still asks you to confirm listings as usual.
SteamHelper is published on the Chrome Web Store as a Manifest V3 extension. Microsoft Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, Opera and Opera GX are built on Chromium, so they can install it from the same store listing. Firefox has its own version on Mozilla Add-ons.
